My word for the year.
The ladies over at MisterioPress shared their word for 2015 and before I even finished reading their article I knew what my word would be. At first, I was like–wait! I need to think about this. I can’t just claim any one word. I mean, there is a whole dictionary full of words to consider and this one word is for the whole year, ya know? Such decisions should not be taken lightly. I mean, what if I get it wrong?
Yeah, I am probably over thinking this…
But the more I think about and revisit my Vision Board for 2015, I realized this word is for me.
Just look at my board. Two of the three Bible verses I’ve chosen is about fear. My theme song’s lyrics include: where feet may fail and fear surrounds me…lead me where my trust is without border. And twice I wrote: LIVE WITHOUT FEAR. And then the mentor at my moms’ group confirmed it.
I think it is safe to say my word for 2015 is FEARLESS.
And I say this not without some trepidation, mind you. It is quite a bold word. But without it, would we be able to live life to the fullest?
So, I’m going to do my best to live fearlessly this year.
What say you? Do you have a word for 2015? What is it?
