Tortured Hero Blog Hop

Posted by on June 14, 2013

Welcome to the Tortured Hero Blog Hop!

When I came across this hop, I just knew I had to participate, and I knew exactly who I would talk about. Skaric. From Trinity by Clare Davidson.

skaric

Skaric is a Wolf through and through, not in the typical sense of the word. In Trinity, Wolves are a people group who have turned against the goddess reincarnate, Kiana, and her people. He is prepared to die to destroy his enemy, and he almost succeeds, except Kiana saves him.

Rejected by the Wolves and hated by everyone else, Skaric must redeem himself by killing Kiana or the Wolves will kill him. So what will he do? He struggles with reconciling what he has been taught with the kindness and forgiveness Kiana lavishes on him.

And the story does not disappoint! Amidst the warring nations, fleeing for their life, trying to find a solution to the madness and hate around them, there is a sweet love story. I can’t say more without revealing too much of the story, but Skaric is a true tortured hero.

So what say you? Who is your favorite tortured hero?

Now for the giveaway!

On this hop we are all participating in a grand giveaway of a gift card & swag. And on my own site, I am giving away an ecopy of Trinity.

I don’t know if he is considered tortured or not…for me he will always be a tortured hero…Damon Salvatore from Vampire Diaries,he loves her,but she can’t do anything about it.He can’t have her nor can he stop loving her…pure torture in my eyes.

Hi again Sydney! Thank you so much for participating in both giveaways! I have to agree with you, loving someone but not being able to have them would definitely qualify as a tortured hero. Thanks for following my blog and liking my FB page, I appreciate it!

I love hearing from you!
